Zillmere

Zillmere is a northern suburb in the City of Brisbane, about 12 kilometres from the Brisbane CBD. Pineapple Street is a main industrial road within a suburb that is approximately 40 per cent industrial and 60 per cent residential. The area also contains heritage-listed buildings including Zillmere State School's A Block and several historic houses and cottages.

Zillmere is an industrial and distribution precinct, with warehouses and factories forming the commercial stock within an established mixed residential and industrial suburb. Aspley, Geebung and Chermside offer useful nearby comparisons.
