Yass

Yass is a town in Yass Valley Council. Comur Street is its historic main trading street, with well-preserved nineteenth-century verandah-post pubs and heritage buildings. The town lies on the Hume Highway beside the Yass River, and the wider district includes Yass Junction railway station and Cooma Cottage.
