Yandina

Yandina is a rural town in the Sunshine Coast Region, about 101 kilometres from the Brisbane CBD. Its commercial centre is Old Gympie Road, a town main road, with Industrial Place serving the employment area. The Bruce Highway bypasses the town, while the North Coast railway line runs through Yandina and stops at Yandina railway station. The surrounding Sunshine Coast hinterland and the heritage-listed Koongalba add to the locality's distinct setting.

Yandina is an industrial and distribution precinct, with warehouses and factories positioned within a rural town and highway-linked hinterland. Nambour, Coolum Beach and Kunda Park provide nearby commercial comparisons.
