Woolgoolga

Woolgoolga is a coastal town in the City of Coffs Harbour. Beach Street is the principal town street, with Hawke Drive and Tonnage Place providing access to local commercial areas. Woolgoolga sits on the Pacific Highway near two beaches and has a long agricultural history, with banana plantations followed by blueberry production. The town also has a large Punjabi Sikh community.

Woolgoolga is an industrial and distribution precinct, with warehouses and factories suited to agricultural, trade and service businesses. The stock serves a coastal town and surrounding production areas rather than a large metropolitan office market. Coffs Harbour, Toormina and South Grafton are nearby comparisons.
