Windsor

Windsor is an inner suburb in the Cities of Port Phillip and Stonnington, about 5 kilometres from the Melbourne CBD. Chapel Street is the principal commercial strip, with High Street providing another busy local centre. The suburb includes historic Presentation Convent, St Mary's College, the old post office and a campus of Swinburne University, and is served by trams and Windsor station on the Sandringham line.

Windsor is an office and consulting market, with shopfronts, medical or consulting suites and office suites and floors suited to a dense inner-city catchment. The commercial stock combines street-facing premises with professional and health uses close to major public transport routes. Prahran, St Kilda and South Yarra are nearby comparisons.
