Willawong

Willawong is an outer southern suburb in the City of Brisbane, about 14 kilometres from the Brisbane CBD. Gardens Drive is the main estate road, with Sherbrooke Road providing another important industrial connection. Oxley Creek and Blunder Creek define much of the suburb's boundary, while the Sydney-Brisbane rail corridor runs along its eastern edge.

Willawong is an industrial and distribution precinct, with warehouses and factories suited to logistics, storage and trade uses. Development sites add capacity for larger commercial operations within a transport-oriented southern Brisbane setting. Acacia Ridge, Inala and Archerfield are nearby comparisons.
