Wetherill Park

Wetherill Park is a western Sydney suburb in the City of Fairfield, about 34 kilometres from the CBD. Most of the suburb is the Smithfield-Wetherill Park Industrial Estate, with housing packed into the south-east corner. Commercial addresses cluster on Newton Road, Victoria Street, Redfern Street, The Horsley Drive and Cowpasture Place.

This is a large industrial and distribution precinct, not a high-street market. Premises advertised for lease are mostly warehouses and factories, with some offices and development sites. Neighbouring published leasing markets include Smithfield, Huntingwood and Eastern Creek.
