Western Junction

Western Junction is a semi-rural locality and town in Northern Midlands Council, about 150 kilometres from the Hobart CBD. Evandale Road is the main route through the locality, supported by the smaller commercial courts around Hughes Court. The South Esk River forms the southern boundary, and the locality is about 12 kilometres north-east of Longford.

Western Junction is an industrial and distribution precinct, with warehouses and factories suited to logistics and trade uses. Development sites provide scope for larger-format commercial activity in a semi-rural setting. Kings Meadows, Waverley and Launceston are useful nearby comparisons.
