West End

West End is an inner southern suburb in the City of Brisbane, about 2 kilometres from the Brisbane CBD. Boundary Street is the suburb's café and shopping trading strip, while Montague Road carries an industrial backbone towards Riverside Drive. The suburb is also served by buses, ferries and CityCat services from the West End ferry wharf, with the Brisbane River defining its western and southern edges.

West End is an office and consulting market, with medical or consulting suites and office suites and floors suited to professional and service-based tenants. Warehouses and factories remain part of the commercial stock along Montague Road. South Brisbane, Milton and Auchenflower provide nearby points of comparison.
