Werribee

Werribee is a major south-western Melbourne suburb and the administrative centre of the City of Wyndham, about 28 kilometres from the Melbourne CBD. Its commercial centre is Synnot Street, a main civic and trading street, with Watton Street extending the town-centre role. Werribee grew from an agricultural settlement on the Werribee River and is served by Werribee railway station, the terminus of the Werribee line, along with an extensive bus network.

Werribee is an office and consulting market, with office suites and floors supported by medical or consulting suites and larger premises suited to warehouses and factories. Its role as Wyndham's administrative and most populous centre gives the market a broad suburban service base. Hoppers Crossing, Point Cook and Williams Landing sit among the closest commercial comparisons.
