Warwick

Warwick is a rural town and locality in the Southern Downs Region, about 128 kilometres from the Brisbane CBD. Palmerin Street forms the town's central commercial strip, with Fitzroy Street providing a secondary city route. Warwick is an administrative centre and service hub for the surrounding agricultural Darling Downs, with many heritage-listed buildings.

Warwick has an office and consulting market, supported by office suites and floors, medical or consulting suites and warehouses and factories serving the regional economy. Harristown, East Toowoomba and Toowoomba City are nearby comparison markets.
