Ultimo

Ultimo is an inner-city suburb in the City of Sydney, about 2 kilometres from the Sydney CBD. Wattle Street and Harris Street form major commercial corridors in a technology, media and education precinct that includes the University of Technology Sydney, TAFE NSW Ultimo, the Australian Broadcasting Corporation and the Powerhouse Museum. Central railway station and the Inner West Light Rail serve the area.

Ultimo has an office and consulting market, with office suites and floors and medical or consulting suites in converted industrial buildings and established inner-city commercial premises. Glebe, Haymarket and Chippendale are nearby comparisons.
