Traralgon

Traralgon is a regional city in the City of Latrobe, about 145 kilometres from the Melbourne CBD. Argyle Street and Hotham Street sit within the city centre, which occupies the flat Traralgon Creek valley between the Great Dividing Range and the Strzelecki Ranges. The Princes Highway, railway station and regional bus services connect the city with Gippsland and Melbourne.

Traralgon is an industrial and distribution precinct, with warehouses and factories and office suites and floors serving a regional economy shaped by natural resources, energy, government and agriculture. Traralgon East, Morwell and Moe are useful neighbouring comparisons.
