Toowoomba

Toowoomba is the main city of the Darling Downs, in the Toowoomba Region, about 130 kilometres west of Brisbane. The commercial centre is the city grid around Ruthven Street, with further premises on Herries Street, Russell Street and Anzac Avenue.

This is a regional city market, not a capital-city tower precinct or a single industrial estate. Premises advertised for lease tend to be medical or consulting suites, offices and shopfronts. Neighbouring published leasing markets include Highfields and the Brisbane CBD.
