Tingalpa

Tingalpa is an eastern Brisbane suburb in the City of Brisbane, about 10 kilometres from the Brisbane CBD. New Cleveland Road and Manly Road are main commercial roads through an area shaped by Bulimba Creek, semi-industrial development and established suburban housing. Murarrie railway station and bus routes provide connections to the city and bayside suburbs.

Tingalpa is an industrial and distribution precinct, with warehouses and factories supported by office suites and floors in a mixed employment area. Hemmant, Murarrie and Cannon Hill are the closest commercial comparisons.
