Thirroul

Thirroul is a northern seaside suburb of Wollongong in the City of Wollongong, about 57 kilometres from the Sydney CBD. Lawrence Hargrave Drive is the main commercial street, running through the seaside centre between Bulli Pass and Thirroul station. The town combines cafes, lifestyle shops and services with the Illawarra escarpment and Pacific coast, and its railway station is a major stop on the South Coast line.

Thirroul has an office and consulting market, with office suites and floors and medical or consulting suites serving a well-established seaside town. Woonona, Bellambi and Corrimal are nearby commercial comparisons.
