Sumner

Sumner is a south-western suburb in the City of Brisbane, about 14 kilometres from the Brisbane CBD. Sumners Road provides a key local connection, while the suburb is divided between residential land in the west and the large Sumner Park industrial estate in the east. The industrial estate is the defining commercial area.

Sumner is an industrial and distribution precinct, with warehouses and factories forming the core commercial stock in Sumner Park. The premises serve operational businesses in a dedicated estate setting, separated from the residential western side. Darra, Seventeen Mile Rocks and Richlands are nearby comparisons.
