Strathpine is a suburb in the City of Moreton Bay, about 19 kilometres from the Brisbane CBD. Gympie Road is the main commercial corridor, alongside Strathpine Centre and the Pine Rivers district government offices. Strathpine and Bray Park railway stations connect the suburb to Brisbane, Springfield and Kippa-Ring, while a bus station serves the shopping centre.
