Stake Hill

Stake Hill is a rural residential suburb of Mandurah in the Shire of Murray, about 61 kilometres from the Perth CBD. Off Lakes Road is the principal local road reference, with Mervyn Street serving the rural residential setting. The suburb contains large lots, bushland buffers, wetlands and lakes along the Serpentine River, and connects to the Kwinana Freeway via the Lymon Road interchange.

Stake Hill is an industrial and distribution precinct, with warehouses and factories suited to the limited employment land and highway access around a predominantly rural residential locality. Greenfields, Mandurah and Port Kennedy are nearby commercial comparisons.
