Spring Hill is an inner northern suburb in the City of Brisbane, about 1 kilometre from the Brisbane CBD. Wickham Terrace is a city-edge commercial street in one of Brisbane's earliest suburbs, with parts of the suburb functioning as extensions of the CBD. The area contains numerous heritage-listed buildings and is served by the Northern Busway.

Spring Hill has an office and consulting market, with medical or consulting suites and office suites and floors in an established inner-city setting. Brisbane City, Fortitude Valley and New Farm are nearby commercial comparisons.
