Southport

Southport is the central business district of the City of Gold Coast, about 67 kilometres from the Brisbane CBD. Scarborough Street is a city-centre commercial street near the Broadwater, shopping centres, bus facilities and the G:link light rail network. Southport also contains major office towers, the Southport Broadwater Parklands and the city's principal civic and business functions.

Southport is a metropolitan office centre, with office suites and floors, medical or consulting suites, and warehouses and factories across the Gold Coast's main commercial district. Labrador, Chevron Island and Ashmore are nearby comparisons.
