Sorrento

Sorrento is a Mornington Peninsula town in the Shire of Mornington Peninsula, about 62 kilometres from the Melbourne CBD. Ocean Beach Road is a historic town-centre street lined with limestone buildings and heritage places, including the Athenaeum Theatre and Continental Hotel. The town is known for its seaside setting and day-spa economy.

Sorrento has an office and consulting market, with shopfronts, medical or consulting suites, and office suites and floors suited to local services and visitor-oriented trade. Rye, Rosebud and Ocean Grove are nearby comparisons.
