Silverwater

Silverwater is a western Sydney suburb in the City of Parramatta, about 16 kilometres from the Sydney CBD. Beaconsfield Street is an industrial area road in a light-industrial and commercial district beside the Parramatta River. The M4 Western Motorway, Silverwater Bridge and bus services give the area strong road connections, while Olympic Park is nearby.

Silverwater is an industrial and distribution precinct, with warehouses and factories often combining storage with a sales area in the same unit. Newington, Rosehill and Camellia are nearby commercial markets.
