Shearwater

Shearwater is a north-coast Tasmanian town in Latrobe Council. Club Drive is a local commercial road in a holiday-resort town beside the Rubicon Rivulet and Bass Strait. The area includes a shopping centre, the Port Sorell Golf Club and the Shearwater Resort, and its population grows during the holiday season.

Shearwater has an office and consulting market, with shopfronts, medical or consulting suites, and office suites and floors serving a coastal residential and visitor economy. Latrobe, Devonport and Spreyton are useful nearby comparisons.
