Sefton is a Western Sydney suburb in the City of Canterbury-Bankstown, about 18 kilometres from the Sydney CBD. Carlingford Street is a local commercial road, with a small shopping centre clustered around Sefton railway station on the Main Southern line.

Sefton is an industrial and distribution precinct, where warehouses and factories sit alongside medical or consulting suites serving the surrounding neighbourhood. Regents Park, Chester Hill and South Granville are nearby comparisons.
