Rozelle is an inner-west Sydney suburb in the Inner West Council area, about 4 kilometres from the Sydney CBD. Darling Street is the principal trading strip, with the former White Bay Power Station, Anzac Bridge and Iron Cove Bridge defining the surrounding peninsula setting.

Rozelle has an office and consulting market, with medical or consulting suites, shopfronts and office suites and floors suited to a dense inner-west commercial centre. Balmain, Lilyfield and Drummoyne are nearby comparisons.
