Rosebud

Rosebud is a seaside suburb on the Mornington Peninsula in the Shire of Mornington Peninsula, about 61 kilometres from the Melbourne CBD. Point Nepean Road is the principal coastal trading strip, set between Port Phillip, the plains of Boneo and the lower slopes of Arthurs Seat.

Rosebud is an industrial and distribution precinct, with warehouses and factories and medical or consulting suites serving a coastal town and its surrounding community. Rye, Dromana and Sorrento are nearby comparisons.
