Rockingham is a coastal suburb and the primary centre of the City of Rockingham, about 38 kilometres from the Perth CBD. Council Avenue serves the civic and shopping precinct, while the older beachside high street sits at Mangles Bay beside the maritime and resource-industry installations to the north.
