Ringwood is an eastern Melbourne suburb in the City of Maroondah, about 23 kilometres from the Melbourne CBD. Maroondah Highway is the main commercial road, with Ringwood railway station forming a major transport hub for the outer eastern suburbs on the Lilydale and Belgrave lines.
