Redfern

Redfern is an inner southern suburb in the City of Sydney, about 3 kilometres from the Sydney CBD. Regent Street is a major commercial corridor, with Great Buckingham Street forming part of the surrounding urban area. Redfern Street is the main shopping strip east of Redfern station, while the station itself is a major Sydney Trains interchange near the University of Sydney.

Redfern has an office and consulting market, with office suites and floors and medical or consulting suites in a dense inner-city setting. Chippendale, Waterloo and Surry Hills are nearby commercial comparisons.
