Railway Estate

Railway Estate is a suburb of Townsville in the City of Townsville. Boundary Street is the main road through the suburb, which occupies the south end of Ross Island between Ross Creek and Ross River. A large railway yard and the North Coast railway line are defining features, with branches connecting towards the Townsville CBD and Port of Townsville.

Railway Estate is an industrial and distribution precinct, with warehouses and factories alongside medical or consulting suites. South Townsville, Townsville City and Hyde Park are nearby commercial comparisons.
