Prospect

Prospect is a residential locality in the City of Launceston. Westbury Road is the main commercial corridor, with restaurants and shops alongside a sawmill, stonemason and state distribution centre. Mount Pleasant Laboratories and the Silverdome Complex are notable local facilities, while the Midland Highway forms most of the eastern boundary.

Prospect is an industrial and distribution precinct, with warehouses and factories, shopfronts, and medical or consulting suites forming its commercial stock. Kings Meadows, Launceston and Waverley are the closest comparison markets.
