Prospect

Prospect is an inner northern suburb of Adelaide and the seat of the City of Prospect, about 5 kilometres from the Adelaide CBD. Main North Road is the principal main road, with Churchill Road forming another important commercial corridor. The suburb sits between the Gawler railway line and the northern Adelaide suburbs.

Prospect has an office and consulting market, with office suites and floors, medical or consulting suites, and shopfronts in an established inner-suburban centre. Walkerville, North Adelaide and Kilburn are nearby commercial comparisons.
