Prahran is an inner suburb in the City of Stonnington, about 5 kilometres from the Melbourne CBD. Chapel Street is a major trading strip of fashion boutiques, cafes and restaurants, while High Street provides another established commercial corridor. Prahran station is on the Sandringham line, and trams serve the suburb.

Prahran has an office and consulting market, with office suites and floors, shopfronts, and medical or consulting suites in a busy inner-suburban centre. Windsor, South Yarra and St Kilda are nearby commercial comparisons.
