Pimlico is a suburb in the City of Townsville. Fulham Road is the principal local road, while Kings Road forms the suburb's eastern boundary; the area is predominantly flat, low-lying and residential.

The limited commercial stock is best understood as an office and consulting market, centred on medical or consulting suites rather than a broad retail centre. Hermit Park, Hyde Park and Currajong are nearby Townsville suburbs.
