Peregian Beach

Peregian Beach is a small coastal town and suburb spanning the Shire of Noosa and Sunshine Coast Region, about 110 kilometres from the Brisbane CBD. David Low Way is the main coastal trading road, with Grebe Street supporting the local village area. The suburb follows the sandy coastal strip, with Noosa National Park constraining development to the west. The Peregian Digital Hub is located on David Low Way.

Peregian Beach is an office and consulting market, with office suites and floors suited to local businesses and technology-oriented operators. Shopfronts and medical or consulting suites provide the everyday service base for the surrounding residential and coastal community.
