Palm Beach is a coastal suburb in the City of Gold Coast, about 85 kilometres from the Brisbane CBD. Gold Coast Highway is the main commercial road, with Fifth Avenue forming part of the shopping and restaurant strip. The suburb lies between Tallebudgera Creek and Currumbin Creek, with the Pacific Motorway to the west and public transport along the coast.

Palm Beach is an office and consulting market, with office suites and floors and medical or consulting suites suited to professional and service businesses in a coastal town centre. Currumbin, Currumbin Waters and Burleigh Heads are nearby comparison markets.
