Oxford Falls

Oxford Falls is a northern Sydney suburb in Northern Beaches Council, about 15 kilometres from the Sydney CBD. Its commercial activity is limited and includes a reclaimed building material yard. The suburb is bordered by Garigal National Park and contains the Oxford Falls waterfalls on Middle Creek.

Oxford Falls is an industrial and distribution precinct, with warehouses and factories and office suites and floors. The stock is suited to low-density operational uses within a bushland setting. Frenchs Forest, Brookvale and Cromer are nearby comparison markets.
