Noosaville

Noosaville is a town and suburb in the Shire of Noosa, about 118 kilometres from the Brisbane CBD. Rene Street and Eenie Creek Road connect a locality that combines residential areas, industrial areas and Noosa Civic, with the Noosa River to the north and Noosa Aerodrome in the southern part of the suburb.

Noosaville is a mixed commercial market, with warehouses and factories, office suites and floors, and medical or consulting suites spread across a broad river-adjacent suburban area. Comparable markets include Tewantin, Noosa Heads and Coolum Beach.
