Mount Gambier

Mount Gambier is a city on the slopes of a dormant volcano and the main regional centre of the Limestone Coast. Commercial Street is the principal commercial street, within a city connected by the Princes, Riddoch and Glenelg highways. Mount Gambier is the seat of government for the City of Mount Gambier and the District Council of Grant, and is known for Blue Lake, parks, caves and sinkholes.

Mount Gambier has a mixed commercial market, with warehouses and factories, shopfronts and medical or consulting suites serving a regional service economy. The wider market includes Portland and Naracoorte.
