Mona Vale

Mona Vale is a Northern Beaches suburb in Northern Beaches Council, about 23 kilometres from the Sydney CBD. Pittwater Road and Barrenjoey Road meet as the area's main road centre, supported by Bungan Street and a broad range of shops and businesses. The suburb also has Mona Vale Hospital, a bus depot, golf course, beaches and the B-Line connection to central Sydney.

The market is a mixed commercial market, with office suites and floors alongside warehouses and factories in a substantial Northern Beaches centre. Bayview, Newport and North Narrabeen are nearby commercial comparisons.
