Marleston is a western Adelaide suburb in the City of West Torrens, about 4 kilometres from the Adelaide CBD. Richmond Road is a major commercial road within a suburb shaped by established residential, service and business uses close to the inner west.

Marleston is an industrial and distribution precinct, with warehouses and factories supported by office suites and floors in a close-in metropolitan business setting. Mile End South, North Plympton and Mile End are useful comparisons.
