Manly

Manly is a beachside suburb in the Northern Beaches local government area, about 11 kilometres from the Sydney CBD. The Corso is the commercial centre, a pedestrian-friendly trading strip running from Manly Wharf to Manly Beach, with cafes and restaurants extending towards the harbour and ocean shores. Ferries and buses connect the suburb with the city and surrounding districts.

Manly is an office and consulting market, with medical or consulting suites, office suites and floors and shopfronts fitted into a tourist-oriented coastal centre. Balgowlah, Freshwater and Seaforth are nearby commercial comparisons.
