Maddington

Maddington is a mixed-use suburb in the City of Gosnells, about 16 kilometres from the Perth CBD. Albany Highway is the main commercial road, linking a suburb that combines residential, retail, industrial and semi-rural areas and retains some vineyards and orchards from its agricultural past.

Maddington is an industrial and distribution precinct, with warehouses and factories forming the established commercial stock and development sites providing scope for further employment uses. Kenwick, Beckenham and Cannington are nearby comparisons.
