Lilydale

Lilydale is an outer eastern Melbourne suburb in the Shire of Yarra Ranges, about 34 kilometres from the Melbourne CBD. Main Street is the central trading strip, supported by Lilydale Village, Lilydale Marketplace and Lilydale railway station, which is the terminus of the Lilydale line.

Lilydale is an industrial and distribution precinct, with warehouses and factories reflecting its position on Melbourne's rural-urban fringe. Kilsyth, Croydon and Bayswater North are useful local comparisons.
