Laverton

Laverton is a south-western Melbourne suburb in the City of Hobsons Bay, about 19 kilometres from the Melbourne CBD. Its commercial centre is Neville Avenue and Triholm Avenue, established suburban streets within an area shaped by the former RAAF base and surrounding residential development. Laverton was established in 1886 to support flying and maintenance activities, and the former RAAF Williams remains part of its history.

Laverton is a mixed commercial market, with office suites and floors alongside warehouses and factories in a suburb combining established residential areas with employment land.
