Larapinta

Larapinta is an outer southern industrial suburb in the City of Brisbane, about 19 kilometres from the Brisbane CBD. Its commercial centre is Commerce Place and Distribution Street, an industrial estate spine within a purpose-built employment area. The Logan Motorway bisects the suburb, the Sydney-Brisbane rail corridor follows the eastern boundary, and Oxley Creek bounds the north and west.

Larapinta is an industrial and distribution precinct, with warehouses and factories occupying the suburb's industrial land. Its commercial market is defined by motorway and rail access, with the Glider Forest Conservation Area protecting bushland to the south. Nearby markets include Heathwood, Parkinson and Hillcrest.
