Lara

Lara is a town in the City of Greater Geelong, about 52 kilometres from the Melbourne CBD. Its commercial centre is Industry Court and Beach Road, linking the town to its industry parks and transport connections. Lara lies inland from the Princes Freeway, near the You Yangs, and has regular V/Line services on the Geelong line from Lara station, with Avalon Airport nearby.
