Langwarrin

Langwarrin is a south-eastern Melbourne suburb in the City of Frankston, about 42 kilometres from the Melbourne CBD. Its commercial centre is Cranbourne Frankston Road, a main road carrying two major shopping centres and smaller shopping strips. The suburb is bounded by the Mornington Peninsula Freeway and McClelland Drive to the west, and has road access towards the Melbourne CBD via the Western Port Highway and South Gippsland Highway.

Langwarrin is an industrial and distribution precinct, with warehouses and factories alongside shopfronts in its local commercial areas. The commercial stock is spread along the main road and shopping corridors within a large suburban catchment. Nearby markets include Frankston, Seaford and Carrum Downs.
