Lakemba

Lakemba is a western Sydney suburb in the City of Canterbury-Bankstown, about 13 kilometres from the Sydney CBD. Its commercial centre is Canterbury Road and Benaroon Road, with commercial development along Canterbury Road and a broad shopping area on and around Haldon Street. Lakemba station is on the Bankstown railway corridor, which is being converted to Sydney Metro standards.

Lakemba is an office and consulting market, with office suites and floors and medical or consulting suites alongside warehouses and factories in its commercial areas. The stock combines established commercial development with a busy international and local shopping environment around Haldon Street. Nearby markets include Belmore, Roselands and Campsie.
